How to Take Clothing Measurements

Get a flexible measuring tape. These are often sold in craft stores
Neck:
- Measure around the base of the neck in inches.
- Round up to the nearest half inch.
Chest:
- Wrap tape measure under armpits around fullest part of chest (usually right above nipples
Sleeve:
- Bend your elbow and rest your hand on your hip.
- Have someone measure from the middle of the back of your neck to your wrist by putting the tape measure over your shoulder, around your elbow and to your wrist.
Waist:
- Wrap tape measure around where you normally wear your pants. Keep tape measure a little loose by keeping a finger between the tape measure and your waist.
Inseam:
- Put on a pair of shoes.Have someone measure from your crotch to back of the heel, where you want your pants to end.
Hands:
- Measure around the hand at the fullest part (exclude thumb). The number of inches shows the size of the glove.

Clarins Beauty Flash Peel for the face contains Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs) and Beta Hydroxy Acids (BHAs). It is used to remove dead skin cells, improve skin texture, and make it appear more radiant.
It should be used only 2-3 times per week. If you have skin sensitivity, it is advisable to test the peel on a small area of your skin before using it on your entire face.
How to use :
• Before use, make sure your face is clean and completely dry.
• Distribute a small amount of the peel on your fingertips. You may need to apply light pressure on the container to dispense the product.
• Apply small dots of the peel on your skin, focusing on areas that need purification or renewal.
• Use your fingertips to gently massage in circular motions for 1-2 minutes. Avoid the eye and mouth area.
• Leave the peel on your face for 5-10 minutes to allow it to work on renewing skin cells.
• After the specified time, rinse your face thoroughly with warm water to remove the peel completely.
• After drying, apply a suitable moisturizer for best results.
It is recommended to use the peel once a week or as per the brand's recommendations. Avoid using it on irritated or damaged skin. Some redness or mild tightening may occur after use, which is normal and should fade quickly.
